Senior Marketing Executive – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our organization. The candidate should possess strong marketing knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and business development
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing and sales-related activities
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Must be capable of maintaining strong customer and dealer relationships
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
- Well-versed with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools
- Knowledge of branding, promotional activities, and customer engagement
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
- Must be flexible with working hours as per organizational requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in industrial/product marketing will be an added advantage
