Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday – Work From Home

About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Head who can lead our creative team, manage multiple client projects, and transform ideas into high-performing content and campaigns.
This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. We need someone who takes ownership, asks questions, pushes ideas forward, and can confidently communicate with both clients and internal teams.
You will work closely with designers, content creators, performance marketers, founders, and clients across different industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the creative team across design, content, and campaign execution.
- Review and approve creative assets before they go to clients.
- Present concepts, strategies, and design rationale confidently to clients.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create conversion-focused creatives.
- Understand platform-specific requirements, especially for Meta Ads.
- Proactively identify gaps, roadblocks, and opportunities across projects.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Continuously improve creative processes, systems, and output quality.
- Stay updated with design trends, content formats, AI tools, and emerging marketing practices.

Project Management
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience in social media management and content strategy.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing creatives.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, and modern creative workflows.
- Basic understanding of landing pages, funnels, and conversion-focused marketing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
