Job Title: Academic CounsellorKey Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career opportunities, admission processes, and program benefits.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by achieving assigned individual admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings to maximize conversions.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Guide students through the admission process, including application submission, documentation, fee payment, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Address student queries and resolve concerns promptly to deliver an excellent counseling experience.
- Coordinate with the admissions, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, education fairs, and campus events to generate and convert leads.
- Track daily activities, maintain sales reports, and consistently achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor programs to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, admissions, or business development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and admission targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
