Position: HR Recruiter Intern (Unpaid)

About the Role
Sweero Delights Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship provides practical exposure to the complete recruitment cycle and offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, joining formalities, and follow-ups.
- Assist the HR team in various administrative and employee engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates, MBA (HR) students, or candidates with HR-related certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
- Candidates residing in or willing to commute to Thrissur are preferred.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Internship Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
