HR Manager for a SME @ Erode :
Folks, I am looking for a HR Trainee for one of my clients who runs his Polymer factory at Erode with 170 employees , registered under MSME.
The Individual should have a MBA graduation in HR stream.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
- Support induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
- Assist in payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
- Assist HR team in day-to-day operational tasks and special projects.
Should be conversant in Tamil. Knowledge in spoken Hindi will be an advantage.
