Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Networking: Establish and nurture referral pathways with pediatricians, hospitals, schools, and child psychologists.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute local awareness camps, workshops, and school seminars to educate parents.
- Lead Generation: Manage lead pipelines, counsel prospective parents, and drive patient enrollments for wellness or therapy programs.
- Brand Development: Create compelling marketing collateral, newsletters, and social media campaigns focused on evidence-based child wellness.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, track enrollment metrics, and provide management with feedback on marketing ROI. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Psychology.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in healthcare/wellness sales, business development, or field marketing.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and B2B networking capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
