Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Recovery Technician responsible for diagnosing storage devices, recovering lost data, and providing technical support to clients. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of hard drives, SSDs, RAID systems, and data recovery tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and recover data from damaged or corrupted storage devices.
- Handle recovery of data from HDDs, SSDs, Pen Drives, Memory Cards, RAID Servers, and NAS devices.
- Perform logical and physical data recovery procedures.
- Use professional data recovery software and tools efficiently.
- Analyze device failures and prepare recovery reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding recovery status and technical queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data.
- Create backups and verify recovered data integrity.
- Maintain documentation of recovery processes and cases.
- Support field visits if required for enterprise or server recovery cases.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Understanding of file systems such as NTFS, FAT, exFAT, APFS, EXT4, etc.
- Familiarity with RAID configurations and server storage.
- Hands-on experience with data recovery tools/software.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
- Certification in hardware, networking, or cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
