Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Facility Manager to support the overall maintenance and facility operations of residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor management, statutory compliance, maintenance coordination, and resident/customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily facility operations for residential/commercial properties.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, horticulture, MEP, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, lifts, firefighting systems, and other utilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor AMCs and ensure timely servicing of equipment and systems.
- Handle resident/customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas and building infrastructure.
- Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Support in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control activities.
- Maintain records related to maintenance, attendance, complaints, and service reports.
- Coordinate during emergencies and ensure quick response to breakdowns/issues.
- Support Facility Manager in audits, documentation, and operational reporting.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
- Vendor management and complaint handling ability.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Facility Management.
- Additional certification in facility management will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in facility management, preferably in real estate or property management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.
- Experience in residential township/commercial property management preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple operational activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
