We are seeking a proactive and organized Hospital Assistant Administration Officer to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital. The candidate will assist in coordinating departmental activities, maintaining records, ensuring smooth communication among departments, and supporting hospital management in achieving operational efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administrative operations of the hospital.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Maintain and update administrative records, files, reports, and documentation.
- Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and leave record management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes of meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communications.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory requirements.
- Support patient service initiatives and ensure administrative support for hospital operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as required.
- Assist in implementing hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital, employee, and patient-related information.
- Support accreditation, audit, licensing, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports and presentations for management.
- Assist in resolving operational and administrative issues promptly.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by hospital management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.
