Job Responsibilities:
- Handling complete work related to GEM Portal.
- Tender searching, tender participation and tender filling on GEM Portal.
- Preparing and submitting quotations as per tender Making comparison sheets and price analysis.
- Uploading required documents and maintaining tender records.
- Coordinating with vendors, departments and clients regarding tender requirements.
- Preparing BOQ, compliance sheets and other tender-related documents.
- Following up for tender status, approvals and order processing.
- Maintaining data and reports in Excel and other computer software.
- Ensuring timely submission of tenders and quotations.
- Knowledge of online government procurement processes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email Handling, Internet).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of GEM Portal and online tender processes.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, comparison sheets and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of commercial documentation and billing preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be smart, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Must have good drafting and email writing skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
- Experience in GEM Portal handling will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
