We are looking for a dedicated Bag Making Operator / Helper to support the production of plain plastic bags. The role involves operating bag-making machines, ensuring product quality, assisting with machine setup, packing finished goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFor Operator:
- Operate side-seal, bottom-seal, or plain bag-making machines.
- Set machine parameters for bag size, sealing, and cutting requirements.
- Monitor production quality, seal strength, dimensions, and appearance.
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and machine cleaning.
- Complete production reports and quality documentation.
For Helper:
- Assist operators during machine setup and production runs.
- Load film rolls and raw materials onto machines.
- Inspect, count, pack, and label finished bags.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Support quality checks and material handling activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Requirements
- Experience in bag-making or packaging industry is an advantage.
- Freshers may apply for Helper positions.
- Ability to work in shifts and production environments.
- Physically fit and willing to learn machine operations.
