Job Purpose:

Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the division

Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed systems

Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding and helping others.

Able to monitor, assess and develop required performance management
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for efficient execution and effective implementation of all process re-engineering, change and quality projects across operations.

Create a culture of “Continual Improvement” in the overall process.

Compiles and prepares reports, presentations and other documents as instructed by the management.

Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee Role and assigned by the management
