Are you a passionate Interior Designer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer (Team Lead) who can lead projects, mentor a design team, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Location: Pune
Experience: 5–7 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present design concepts
Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 junior designers
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high design standards
Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and execution partners
Manage day-to-day design operations efficiently
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry practices
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
Strong design portfolio showcasing completed projects
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience leading teams and handling projects independently
Knowledge of project costing and execution coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
