Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Lead Management Executive to manage CRM operations, lead allocation, dialer management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology, be comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel, and online tools, and possess excellent analytical and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead allocation, reassignment, and distribution across teams.
- Monitor lead status, lead aging, and follow-up activities to ensure timely action.
- Configure, monitor, and manage dialer campaigns.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to CRM and dialer SOPs and operational processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams for smooth lead flow and issue resolution.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
- Track lead conversion metrics and prepare performance insights.
Requirements
- Graduate in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS), MBA (Marketing), or any relevant discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Tech-savvy is mandatory with the ability to quickly learn CRM software and business tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred), Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with dialer systems and lead management processes.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or sales operations is a plus.
