HR Operations
Handle employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Update employee data in HRMS and biometric systems.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs and deductions.
Handle Full & Final settlement process.
Maintain employee attendance through biometric systems.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Prepare joining documentation and verify employee records.
Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
Compliance & Statutory Work
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain compliance registers and statutory records.
Coordinate audits and inspections by government authorities.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns.
Ensure contractor compliance and documentation.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
Generate reports related to manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and payroll.
Maintain HR dashboards and compliance trackers.
Prepare management reports using Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to attendance, salary, leave, and HR policies.
Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Maintain healthy employee relations at workplace.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of HR operations and Labour Laws.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, and Compliance processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations and Compliance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
