Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and monitor admitted patients.
- Provide initial evaluation and emergency medical care.

- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols and consultant guidance.
- Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, and discharge summaries.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals for patient management.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education activities.
Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- 0–2 years of clinical experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).

The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to handle critical situations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients admitted across various specialties.
- Provide emergency and critical medical care as required.
- Conduct daily ward rounds and coordinate patient management with consultants.
- Supervise and mentor Junior RMOs and interns.
- Prescribe medications, investigations, and treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Perform bedside procedures within the scope of practice.
- Respond to emergency calls and Code Blue activations.
- Ensure timely documentation, discharge summaries, referrals, and medico-legal records.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
Qualifications
