D. COMPETENCE
Education, experience:
University/high school education, technical direction is an advantage, 5 years of experience in automotive purchasing
Professional knowledge and skills:
Technical awareness, ability to read technical drawings.
Communicative knowledge of English - verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of German is a plus
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Personal requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work structured and precise.
Strategic thinking and good analytical skills
Proactive and positive attitude to assigned tasks, orientation to the result.
Independence, flexibility, dynamic and approachable personality, team player.
E. WORK CONTENT
Job description:
- Responsibility for health and safety and EMS (compliance with PPOP rules, waste sorting, corrective measures for the cause of a potential accident, sources of air pollution, liquidation of accidental release of harmful substances).
- Participation in ensuring the purchasing process
- Search and nomination of suppliers for all PMA-Plants (actual: Liberec (CZ), Pfullingen (DE), WuHu (CHN), Kurz Kasch (USA) PMA Hungary (HU))
- Regular reporting to the Purchasing Manager and the Global Head of Purchasing PMA at Prettl Germany Pfullingen
- Regular and accurate evaluation of the requirements of internal customers, following this, preparation of tenders and contracts in the required terms and scope.
- Designing a business relationship with suppliers.
- Evaluating offers, issuing orders and concluding contracts.
- Supplier market analysis.
- Close collaboration with internal supply chain departments – (project purchasing, development, logistics, production and costing)
- Managing the responsible commodities within the organization by meas of approved KPI's
- Initiating and creating of benchmarks
- Active working within the global commodity team Prettl Group
- Development of global commodity group strategies in cooperation with division purchasing and for product groups with corporate responsibility for the entire company of the Prettl Group for responsible commodities.
- Investigation and monitoring technolgy trends for responsible commodities
- Price negotiations series / creating savings
- Supplier evaluation
- Develop "Awarding design" and bundling with final negotiation / awarding of new parts with project buyers.
- Supplier management and development on defined supplier panel (SSC). Example: supplier reduction
- Participation in make or buy decisions
- Responsible for the implementation of the developed strategies based on the agreed goals
- Global cost reduction for responsible purchsing material
- Development and implementation of technical and commercial ratio projects
- Ensure enough needed capacity at responsible suppliers for Prettl needs (one voice)
- Securing supply for regional needs within the escalation modell
- Contract management with supplier
- Localization material for region production
Data management responsiblity of purchasing records
- Participation of process optimization
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
