Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Assist with menu selection and explain dishes/beverages.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Order & Service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly at correct temperatures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation.
- Operational Support
- Assist in setup and breakdown of service areas (restaurants, banquets).
- Replenish food and beverage stations.
- Process payments and manage cash/card transactions.
- Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain dining area hygiene and table settings.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
- Inventory & Supplies
- Conduct basic stock checks.
- Report shortages and assist in ordering supplies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
