PlatinumOne Business Services Limited is looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic Real Estate Sales BPO Team!
Position: Senior Team Leader
Location: Thane West
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of BPO experience as a Team Leader in a Sales / Real Estate Sales Process
Education: HSC / Graduate
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Telecallers.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Handle team escalations and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.
- Allocate leads and tasks efficiently among team members.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maximize lead conversion.
- Make clear and timely decisions to improve team productivity.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular performance reports.

Preferred Candidates:
Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Sales BPO as a Team Leader will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
