About the Role
We're looking for a Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant to work closely with our sales and delivery teams to drive client engagements from opportunity through to a signed statement of work. You'll be the bridge between what the client needs and what we can deliver - translating business problems into Salesforce-powered solutions, running demos, building POCs, and helping shape proposals that win.
What You'll Do
Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals. You'll lead discovery workshops, document requirements clearly, and produce solution blueprints that map client needs to the right Salesforce products and architecture.
Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept builds across Salesforce clouds. - including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/RLM), Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud, and others based on client context. The goal is to make the platform tangible and compelling for decision-makers.
Own effort estimation and scoping for proposed solutions, working alongside delivery leads to define realistic timelines, resource needs, and pricing inputs. You'll contribute to RFP responses, proposal decks, and solution write-ups that are both technically sound and client-friendly.
Maintain a reusable library of demo orgs, solution templates, estimation frameworks, and proposal assets to accelerate future pre-sales cycles.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, product roadmaps, and platform limits to ensure our recommendations are grounded in what's actually feasible.
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with meaningful exposure to at least two clouds (e.g., Sales + Service, CPQ + Revenue Cloud, FSL + Service Cloud).
A strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative and programmatic capabilities - Flows, configuration, data model design, and integration patterns.
Prior experience in a client-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Salesforce SI or consulting firm.
Ability to run a compelling demo, think on your feet during client conversations, and translate ambiguous requirements into structured documentation.
Comfort with estimation - you can break down a solution into workstreams, assign effort, and defend the numbers.
Strong written and verbal communication; you'll be drafting client-facing emails, solution docs, and presentation decks regularly.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant, or any advanced specialization). Experience with Revenue Cloud (RLM), CPQ, or Field Service Lightning specifically. Familiarity with AppExchange products or custom app development on the Salesforce platform. Exposure to multi-region or multi-subsidiary client environments.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
