ServiceNow Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Support and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog).
- Configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Maintain platform documentation, governance, and operational support.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow Administration and ITSM experience.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with integrations, reporting, and platform security.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ITIL knowledge and Agile experience.
