- Customer Complaint Management: Resolve escalated customer complaints quickly by coordinating with Relationship Managers and technical teams.
- Quality Audits & Checklists: Oversee dealership quality check parameters for new car deliveries and service jobs.
- PSF/PBF Compliance: Ensure 100% Post Sales Follow-up (PSF) and monitor team performance to boost SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index).
- Feedback System: Track and record customer feedback, ensuring no dissatisfaction issues remain unaddressed.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma with 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Quality, preferably in the automobile/auto-ancillary sector.
