Responsibilities:
Ø End‑to‑end ownership of delivery, transformation, and client outcomes for US Individual Life & Annuity portfolio and Group Benefits
Ø This role provides strategic leadership across large, multi‑location teams, ensures operational excellence, drives digital and process transformation, and acts as the primary executive interface for client relationships.
Ø Domain & Business operations ownership across Life, Annuity and Group benefits – STD, FMLA, PFL, Dental, vision, supplemental health benefits
Ø Champion digital, process, and operating‑model transformation initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, AI, and workflow tools.
Ø Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership across operations, technology, compliance, and business teams. Serve as the executive delivery partner for US insurance clients.
Ø Lead and inspire large, multi‑tier teams (800+ resources) across functions and geographies.
Ø Drive SLA adherence, cycle‑time improvements, quality outcomes, and cost efficiency across all lines of business.
Ø Establish strong governance, risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance aligned with US insurance standards.
Ø Support account growth, renewals, and strategic pursuits through strong delivery credentials and innovation‑led solutions
Ø Manage project budgets and resources effectively ensuring financial targets are met and value is delivered to clients.
