Arcraft Infotech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth by promoting our IT services, training programs, and digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents about training programs, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit regular sales updates.
- Stay updated on company courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Customer Support.
