We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and scale our online presence, lead generation, and student enrollment.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at TeksAcademy, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across digital channels. You’ll work closely with the content, sales, and academic teams to build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business and enrollment goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Allocate and manage ad budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on every campaign.
Performance Marketing
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, Display, Remarketing).
- Track key metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions to improve performance.
- Manage ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Lead content-driven initiatives (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and webinars) to improve brand authority and organic reach.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce platform-specific content.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Build and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, course promotions, and engagement.
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp to automate marketing workflows.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement and conversions.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee website structure, on-page SEO, meta-data, and keyword optimization.
- Optimize landing pages and lead forms for higher conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track and report performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly dashboards and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the EdTech or training domain.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRMs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with EdTech or online learning platforms.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and WordPress.
- Familiarity with lead management and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
