Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Bidder with 1.5–3 years of experience in generating business through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.
*Draft and submit high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
*Understand project requirements and coordinate with technical teams for accurate estimations.
*Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals with clients.
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
*Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.
*Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
*Maintain records of bids, leads, and project details.
Required Skills:
*Proven experience in online bidding or business development
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.)
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
*Experience handling international clients
* Knowledge of CRM tools
* Understanding of project costing and estimation
