Job Summary
We are looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support student admissions through outbound calling, lead nurturing, and follow-ups. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales, counseling, and business development in the EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective students Explain university programs and admission processes Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Maintain accurate records in CRM Follow up with interested candidates Achieve monthly admission targets Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed graduation (BBA, BCom, MBA preferred) Strong verbal communication skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools Ability to handle objections professionally.
Stipend & Incentives Structure Base Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-Based Increase) Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per successful admission.
Potential Earnings: Up to ₹40,000 per month based on performance.
