Who We Are Looking For:
We are not looking for freshers. We are looking for two (2) elite closers who have life responsibilities, big financial goals, and the hunger to earn significantly above market standards.
- The Timeshare Veteran: You know how to build instant rapport, handle "I need to ask my wife" objections, and close on the first sit.
- The Money Motivated: You aren't here for a base salary. You are here because you want to write your own paycheck through commissions.
- The Mature Professional: You have 8-12+ years of hardcore sales experience. You don't need micromanagement; you need leads and a product that sells.
Your Mission:
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with high-intent leads in our Mohali office.
- Convert prospects into owners by selling the financial and lifestyle logic of Countryside Heavens.
- Master the art of the "One-Call Close."
- Mentor junior staff (optional, based on performance).
Requirements:
- Mandatory: 5+ Years experience specifically in Timeshare, Vacation Ownership, or High-Ticket Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals (be ready to discuss your numbers).
- Strong command over Hindi and Punjabi; English proficiency is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Mohali.
