We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our team at Kesher Tower, Gwalior. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in retail or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Manage billing, stock checking, and inventory support as required.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales/retail experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and customer handling.
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
