HR Associate – Talent Acquisition

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality candidates, and fulfilling hiring requirements within defined timelines. This role is focused entirely on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
