Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of our email marketing strategies, including regular newsletters, product launches, automated workflows, and re-engagement flows. Your ultimate goal is to expand our subscriber base, improve customer journeys, and maximize revenue through data-backed email optimizations.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Execution
- Campaign Deployment: Build, schedule, and launch daily or weekly email and newsletter campaigns.
- Workflow Automation: Set up lifecycle triggers like welcome series, cart abandonment sequences, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Content Creation: Draft high-converting email copy, compelling headlines, and clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
- Template Design: Format and structure responsive, mobile-friendly email layouts using built-in editors or basic HTML/CSS.
Database Health & Segmentation
- Audience Segmentation: Group subscriber databases based on past purchases, demographics, and real-time website behavior.
- List Hygiene: Regularly scrub the email list to remove unengaged subscribers, minimize bounce rates, and maintain a healthy sender reputation.
- Lead Generation: Coordinate efforts to grow the newsletter subscriber base through opt-in forms and website incentives.
Analytics & Testing
- Performance Tracking: Monitor core digital marketing metrics including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- A/B Testing: Conduct routine experiments on subject lines, optimal send times, and graphic layouts to maximize engagement.
- Data Reporting: Translate campaign analytics into actionable feedback reports for stakeholders and marketing leadership.
Compliance & Cross-Collaboration
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all outgoing communications strictly comply with universal data privacy laws like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Team Synergy: Work alongside graphic designers, content writers, and CRM specialists to align email communications with wider brand campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience handling commercial email or digital marketing campaigns.
- Software Proficiency: Experience navigating popular Email Service Providers (ESPs) and CRM software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce).
- Copywriting Skills: Exceptional written communication skills to deliver brand stories clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating data analytics suites like Google Analytics to track user conversion journeys.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,796.21 per month
