About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong AutoCAD expertise to join our creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and technical execution—transforming design visions into precise space plans, elevation drawings, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Technical & CAD Drafting
Draft detailed 2D floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), elevations, sections, and millwork/joinery details using AutoCAD.
Produce comprehensive Construction Documentation (CD) packages for contractors and site teams.
Revise drawings based on client feedback, site measurements, and structural constraints.
Design & Space Planning
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements.
Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, color palettes, and material selections.
Conduct site surveys and accurately measure spaces to create initial base plans.
Project Execution & Collaboration
Select and source FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), finishes, lighting, and materials.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
Conduct periodic site visits to inspect ongoing work and resolve technical issues on-site.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 3years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical drafting.
Software Skills:
AutoCAD (Expert/Advanced level required)
SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max (A major plus)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) & MS Office
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, millwork details, and spatial ergonomics.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, attention to detail, and client presentation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
