We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and highly professional Executive Assistant to the Director to join our growing team in Chennai.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support executive-level operations and business coordination
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow across departments
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is preferred
