Job Description
Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goals
Review the claim allocated and check the status by calling the payer or through IVR /Web Portal
Ask a series of relevant questions depending on the issue with the claim and record the responses
Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time
Actively participate in the company’s learning and compliance initiatives
Apply your knowledge of medical billing to report performance on customer KPIs
Adhere to MBW’s information security guidelines
Be in the center of ethical behavior and never on the sidelines
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers can apply
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Willingness to work in night shifts
Good Typing & Analytical skills
