About the Role
We’re looking for a React Native developer who can do more than just write code. You should be someone who understands how apps actually work in the real world, from building features to deploying them, fixing issues, and constantly improving performance. If you’re the type who likes digging into problems, researching solutions, and experimenting with new tech (especially AI), you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Translate UI/UX designs into smooth, high-quality app experiences
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Debug issues and optimize app performance
- Handle app deployment to App Store and Play Store (end-to-end)
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Research and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices
- Work with backend developers, designers, and product teams
- Continuously improve app quality, security, and user experience
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience with app deployment (iOS & Android)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and async programming
- Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- Ability to research, learn fast, and apply new solutions independently
- Basic understanding or experience with AI tools, APIs, or integrations
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Published apps on App Store or Play Store
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems)

Experience:
- React Native Developer (Mobile App Developer): 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
