Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant
Location: Chintadripet, Chennai
Experience: 1 Year
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase & Inventory
- Handle raw material purchase and vendor coordination
- Process payments + follow up on pending payments with clients/vendors
- Raw material audit and inventory maintenance
- Raw material and finished product tracking/finding
2. QC & Delivery
- Quality check coordination for raw material and finished goods
- Delivery handling and dispatch coordination
3. Payroll & Staff Admin
- Salary calculations for staff
- Handle staff-related documentation and disposals
4. Client Coordination
- Attend client meetings at client location 2-3 times per month
- Follow up on action items from meetings
5. General Admin
- Maintain office records, files, and MIS
- Support day-to-day HR and admin operations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
