Qualification: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)
(CTC): ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented HR Head – to lead the organization's HR function. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR governance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in building and managing end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities.
· Handling complete employee lifecycle including documentation, records, and HR MIS.
· Processing monthly payroll, salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final
· Ensuring compliance with EPF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, bonus, leave encashment, and other statutory payments.
· Filing statutory returns, registers, challans, and reports under applicable labour laws.
· Ensuring compliance under Maternity Benefit Act, Employees' Compensation Act, Shops & Establishments / Factories Act and other applicable legislations.
· Drafting, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures.
· Managing attendance, leave structures, shifts, overtime, and policy adherence.
· Handling employee grievances, discipline, exits, and maintaining confidentiality.
· Supporting performance management, appraisals, and organizational HR processes.
· Tracking labour law updates and ensuring continuous compliance.
· Any other work or assignment as assigned by management of the company.
Required Skills
· Strong expertise in In-depth understanding of Payroll Processing, and Statutory Compliance
· Strong knowledge of end-to-end Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Lifecycle Management
· Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, employee lifecycle management, and separation/exit processes.
· Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
