Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leave and attendance, supporting company culture initiatives, handling HR documentation, and assisting with administrative and inventory-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:HR & Admin Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation (e.g., joining kits, contracts, ID cards).
- Assist in driving employee engagement and culture-building activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Administrative Support:
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
- Take care of stationery management, including stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Maintain and track inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and purchases.
- Provide support for scheduling meetings, events, and office activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0.6-2 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles.
- Strong knowledge of leave and attendance management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRMS or attendance software.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive and approachable attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
