Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels
- Communicate with prospects and explain BeastDrive solutions
- Maintain strong follow-ups to close sales
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Update and manage CRM records regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proficiency in any one regional language is mandatory:
- Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
Working Details
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Work Location: HSR Layout / BTM Layout / Koramangala
