JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
1. Attend New patient & Patient Attendant cordially and analyse their need.
2. Proper handling and counselling Patients and Patients attendants and make them aware of our Hospital tariff's, rules and regulations and mode of payment structure.
3. Update the patients/patient attendant the service availability and the Doctors/consultants.
4. Receiving queries and feedback, suggestions, complaints from Patients or Patient party and take corrective action immediately as per requirement on daily basis.
5. Co-ordinating with other centre , arrange Ambulance/Other Conveyance when patient shifted to other centre for any other test purposes.
6. Co-ordinate & act Pro actively with all departments for patient well being.
7. Counsel the aggregative/s patients to maintain the smooth function of the Hospital.
8. Coordinate with PRO to prepare daily activity report.
9. Any other duty assigned by the management as follows :
10. You may be directed to discharge your duty during emergency.
11. keep a track of your daily activities and report to your superiors on regular basis.
A. Frequent rounding to all the departments to ensure proper duty is being discharge by the allocate employees and need to provide the daily report before leaving office.
B. To attain in casualties and ensure proper health care is provided to the patients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
