Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Explain courses, features, and benefits to students
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain student engagement
- Support admission and enrollment process
- Maintain student data and interactions in CRM
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi ,Telugu
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident speaking skills
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
