Job Summary:
Espire Hospitality Group is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Stewards to join our team at our hotels in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Serve food and beverages efficiently as per company standards
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained properly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery
- Handle guest queries and requests promptly
- Assist in setting up for events, buffets, and special functions
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma in Hospitality (preferred)
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹18,000 CTC per month
