An Academic Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting suitable courses, explaining program details, assisting with admissions, and maintaining positive relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and academic pathways.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, schedules, and placement support.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth enrollment processes.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
- Provide post-admission support and address student concerns when required.
Pay: ₹10,308.26 - ₹20,000.00 per month
