About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives who are passionate about student engagement and field sales. The selected candidates will drive awareness about the National Admission Test (NAT) and generate student applications through outreach activities.
This is a field-intensive role that requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, junior colleges, and coaching institutes within the assigned territory.
- Conduct presentations and demo sessions for students.
- Generate quality student leads and drive NAT applications.
- Build relationships with school principals, management teams, and educational partners.
- Organize on-ground activities, promotional campaigns, kiosks, and awareness events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up records.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Counselling, or Student Outreach.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in field sales can also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in the local/native language and basic English communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Candidates should have access to a laptop.
