Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong international sales exposure, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with modern sales tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close business opportunities from international markets
- Identify potential clients through various sales and lead generation platforms
- Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and online meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role
- International sales / client handling experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of sales tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email automation tools, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidate must be based in Ahmedabad
- Willingness to work from office (onsite role)
- Comfortable working with different time zones (if required)
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience in IT services / software / digital services sales
- Knowledge of proposal writing and bidding platforms
- Experience with international marketplaces and portals
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
