At EG Payment, we are looking for a growth-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies
- Scale paid campaigns and improve ROI
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation
- Build and optimise marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Oversee branding and corporate communications
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams for consistent branding
- Analyse campaign performance and marketing KPIs
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
✔ 3+ years of marketing experience
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Strategic mindset with an ownership-driven approach
✔ Ability to independently lead and scale marketing initiatives.
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
