Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on fire safety, industrial safety, and occupational health and safety.
- Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and hands-on training using firefighting equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical demonstrations, and assignments.
- Provide guidance for certifications such as Fire & Safety, HSE, OSHA, and NEBOSH (where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Update training content based on changes in safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Mentor trainees and address their technical queries.
- Coordinate with management to schedule and improve training programs
Skills
- Strong knowledge of fire prevention, firefighting systems, and emergency response.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online training tools.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
