Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Architect with 2–5 years of experience in real estate/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, preparation and coordination of drawings, site coordination, and ensuring that construction activities are executed as per approved designs and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop design concepts based on project requirements, site conditions, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare working and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultant drawings.
- Review drawings and identify design discrepancies or clashes before execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for proper implementation of approved drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and provide technical clarifications.
- Check construction work against approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions from contractors/vendors.
- Assist in resolving design and site-related technical issues.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and other design documents.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as required.
- Assist senior architects in design development and project coordination.
- Support preparation of BOQ, specifications, and tender documentation where required.
- Ensure drawings and design deliverables are completed within project timelines.
- Assist in maintaining architectural standards, quality, and consistency across projects.
- Participate in project/design coordination meetings and provide updates on assigned activities.
- Support snag identification and rectification during project execution and handover.
Required Qualifications
- B.Arch from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, architectural design, or project execution.
- Experience in residential/commercial building
