Job Description for Business Development Executive:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international client communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure prompt resolution of queries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term B2B customer relationships.
- Manage and track the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho CRM or equivalent).
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business performance updates.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth strategies.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring high-quality client service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
