J Pilates is Navi Mumbai's first luxury Reformer Pilates studio, built on the philosophy "Move with Control." We're growing Pilates Studio across Navi Mumbai, and looking for instructors who want to build a serious career in Pilates — not just take a job.
What You'll Do
- Lead Reformer Pilates classes (Foundation, Flow, Sculpt, Reset, Private & Duo/Trio formats)
- Design safe, effective progressions for clients based on their goals and fitness level
- Build genuine relationships with clients and grow your own batch strength
- Run trial classes and studio tours for prospective members
- Keep the studio looking and feeling premium — because that's the whole experience
What We're Looking For
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer) — STOTT, BASI, Polestar or equivalent
- 1–2 years Reformer teaching experience preferred (strong freshers welcome to apply)
- Good understanding of anatomy and injury-safe modifications
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Punctual, disciplined, and genuinely passionate about fitness

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Health coaching: 2 years (Required)
